FBI Investigates Fish Fillets Case

The FBI is investigating how herbal supplements got into a family’s frozen fish dinner, a discovery that prompted a voluntary recall in 11 states after a woman reported that both she and her 9-year-old daughter discovered the pills in their mouths as they ate dinner.
A spokeswoman for the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Philadelphia, Jerri Williams, said Monday that agents were attempting to determine if a crime occurred. “We’re looking at how the pills got into the food product,” she said. “Whether there was tampering or if the fish took the pills themselves. Who doesn’t want a little natural male enhancement.”
When asked by reporters how she could possibly believe anything that stupid, Williams replied, “We’re the government. We thought Iraq would pay for itself.”
